Experience:
Has been working in the field of investment banking since 1993, was part of over 100 transactions with aggregated value of around EUR 2 billion. Geographic coverage of projects includes Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
1993 to 2002 was with PwC Corporate Finance, 2002 to 2012 was with SEB Enskilda Lithuania as a Chairman of the Board and General Director.

Has been working in the field of financial advisory and investment banking since 1998. and specialises in international projects, in particular, in the Eastern Europe. Aggregate value of completed transactions is over EUR 1 billion. Geographic coverage of projects includes Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
During 1998 to 2004 was with Arthur Andersen and Ernst&Young Financial Advisory, and from 2004 to 2012 with SEB Enskilda Lithuania as a member of the Board and an Associate Director.

Has been working in the field of investment banking since 2003 and specialises in energy, banking and services sectors. Aggregate value of completed transactions is over EUR 500 m. Geographic coverage of projects includes Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
From 1999 to 2003 was with Swedbank, from 2003 to 2006 with SEB, and from 2006 to 2012 with SEB Enskilda Lithuania. She has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2006.

Mantas has been working in the field of the financial advisory since 2018. He has played a significant part in various corporate finance projects in energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, finance, and RE sectors.
Prior joining Summa Advisers Mantas was with KPMG deal advisory (2018 to 2021) and Investors’ Forum (2016 to 2018).
Mantas has acquired BSc at ISM University of Management and Economics.
